ABOUT THE SPACE
The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery is the perfect venue for hosting private events in Charlotte. Our brewery and restaurant offer a unique and charming atmosphere. With a full kitchen, three separate event rooms, beer and liquor selection, and A/V capabilities, we can accommodate any size group, from intimate gatherings to large parties. Our private event rooms and biergarten are available to rent, making it easy to host corporate events, wedding receptions, and parties. Our casual and warm atmosphere, reminiscent of a German Bierhall, and huge natural outdoor covered patio with sections exclusive to each private event room, make it the perfect venue for your event.
EVENT ROOMS
GROSSE FESTHALLE
The Grosse Festhalle is our 1,320 sq ft private event space with its own dedicated bar and patio space. Grosse, meaning big in German, is our largest event space and has a flexible floor plan that is perfect for corporate events, wedding rehearsals, birthday parties, and so much more. Included in the space is an 8 ft projector screen, projector, surround sound speakers, and microphone. Need even more space? You can rent both the Grosse and Kleine, giving you 2200 sq ft.
KLEINE FESTHALLE
The Kleine Festhalle is an 880 sq ft private event space with its own dedicated bar and patio space. Kleine, meaning small in German, is our coziest event space. It has a flexible floor plan that is perfect for corporate happy hours, networking events, retirement parties, and more. Included in the space is a 90″ TV, surround sound speakers, and a microphone.
HORNETS NEST
The Hornets Nest is a 1,300 sq ft private event space adjacent to the tap room, with its own dedicated bar. The Hornets Nest gives your guests the tap room feeling but in a more private space. This space includes five TVs, surround sound speakers, and a microphone making it perfect for corporate meetings, presentations, trainings, and anything else you can think of!
